Chia Pudding

These chia pudding ideas are great for a protein packed breakfast for busy mornings! Make the night before for a grab-and-go meal! These last about 4 days in the fridge.

Makes 1 serving.

Prep Time: 2 minutes

Ingredients:

For the Strawberry & Coconut Chia Pudding

  • 4 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 c almond milk

  • 1 Tbsp honey

  • Sliced strawberries for topping

  • Unsweetened coconut flakes for topping

  • Honey for topping

For the Chocolate & Peanut Butter Chia Pudding

  • 4 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 c almond milk

  • 1 serving of your favorite chocolate protein powder. We love this one.

  • Peanut butter for topping

  • Granola/Nuts/Trail mix for topping. We love this.

Instructions:

  1. Mix ingredients for chosen recipe in a small tupperware with a lid. Let it rest for 5 minutes, mix again, and then add toppings.

  2. Refrigerate overnight. Enjoy!
